3.1 Degree requirement revisions: Liberal Arts and Science -Humanities and Social Science, A.A. – Submitted by Brian Vlieg and John F. Kennedy
Update the Liberal Arts and Science – Humanities and Social Science, A.A. degree to better conform to transfers made by graduates to four-year institutions.
3.2 Introduction of New Degree Program Automotive Management A.A.S. – Submitted by Anthony Kossmann
Students will have more flexibility in their studies and provide them with skills that are currently lacking among those entering the workforce. Automotive Management is a growing field that offers students a wide range of opportunities for transfer and employment upon graduation.
3.3 New course PHED 154 Pickle Ball and Table Tennis – Submitted by Andrew Blanchard
This new course will help to expand upon current Physical Education electives.
3.4 New course – CRJS 200 – Children and the Law – Submitted by Dr. Ann Geisendorfer
This new course answers to the need of a course on juveniles in the legal system. As future law enforcement officers, parole officers, and probation officers, our students need information as to how the legal system deals with juveniles as non-offenders.
